According to Nelson Mandela, “Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world”. Education is such a transformative force, and there is a direct positive relationship between education and higher standard of living. Individuals and communities benefit from high-quality public education.  As a result, the EOF would provide scholarships to increase access to high-quality education.
